Завантажуючи або використовуючи Metafora, ви погоджуєтеся з цими умовами. На iPhone також діє Стандартна ліцензійна угода Apple (EULA), на Android — умови Google Play.
Безкоштовна частина і повний доступ
- Частина матеріалів відкрита безкоштовно, щонайменше по одному в кожній темі. Картки, які ви створюєте самі, завжди безкоштовні.
- Повний доступ відкриває всю бібліотеку. Його можна оформити як підписку на місяць або рік чи купити назавжди однією оплатою.
- Ціну, період і пробний період (якщо він є) показано на екрані оплати перед покупкою.
Підписки
- Оплата знімається з вашого облікового запису Apple або Google після підтвердження покупки.
- Підписка поновлюється автоматично, якщо не скасувати її щонайменше за 24 години до кінця поточного періоду. Плата за новий період знімається протягом 24 годин до його початку.
- Якщо є безкоштовний пробний період, оплата почнеться після його завершення, якщо ви не скасуєте підписку раніше.
- Керувати підпискою чи скасувати її можна на iPhone: Параметри → ваше ім’я → Підписки; на Android: Google Play → профіль → Платежі й підписки → Підписки.
- Повернення коштів розглядають Apple або Google за своїми правилами.
Матеріали
Матеріали Metafora мають довідковий і освітній характер і не замінюють професійної психологічної чи медичної допомоги. Ви відповідаєте за те, як застосовуєте їх у своїй роботі. Тексти застосунку захищені авторським правом; їх можна використовувати в роботі з клієнтами й групами, але не можна перепродавати чи поширювати бібліотеку як окремий продукт.
Зміни
Ми можемо оновлювати ці умови. Нова версія з’явиться на цій сторінці разом із датою.

Effective September 30, 2026
By downloading or using Metafora you agree to these terms. On iPhone, the Apple Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies; on Android, the Google Play terms apply.
Free materials and full access
- Some materials are free, at least one in every topic. Cards you create yourself are always free.
- Full access unlocks the whole library. It is available as a monthly or yearly subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
- The price, period and any free trial are shown on the purchase screen before you buy.
Subscriptions
- Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The next period is charged within 24 hours before it begins.
- If a free trial is offered, payment starts when it ends unless you cancel before then.
- Manage or cancel on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, and on Android in Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
Content
Metafora's materials are for reference and education and are not a substitute for professional psychological or medical care. You are responsible for how you use them in your work. The app's texts are protected by copyright; you may use them in work with clients and groups, but may not resell or redistribute the library as a separate product.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will appear on this page with its date.
