Terms of Use
Effective September 27, 2026
These terms cover your use of the AI Limits app for Android and iPhone (the "app"). By using the app you agree to them.
1. What the app does
The app shows the usage limits, usage and reset times of AI services you already use, based on accounts you connect yourself. It is an independent app, not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these services.
2. Your accounts with other services
You sign in to each service yourself, on that service's own page, and you remain bound by its terms. Some services don't offer an official way to read usage, so the app reads it from the pages and endpoints available to your signed-in account. A service may change or block this at any time, and may consider it outside its terms. You decide which services to connect, and you can disconnect them at any time.
3. Accuracy
Usage figures, forecasts and reset times come from the services or are estimated by the app. They can be late, incomplete or wrong. Don't rely on the app where a missed limit would cause you harm.
4. AI Limits Pro
- Pro is optional. It is sold as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase, through Google Play or the Apple App Store. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Google Play or App Store account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before it ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Google Play or App Store account; the app itself can't cancel it for you.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their own policies.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the app to break the law or other services' terms, to access accounts that aren't yours, or to interfere with any service.
6. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost data, or for actions a service takes regarding your account. The developer's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
8. Apple App Store
If you got the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
9. Changes
The app and these terms may change. If the terms change, this page will be updated along with the date at the top, and continuing to use the app means you accept them. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it.
