How do I log water?

Tap the droplet after each real sip. Each tap adds an estimated sip size based on your answers during setup. Tapped by accident? Press Undo.

How do I change my daily goal or sip size?

Open Settings in SipFlow. You can change your goal and sip estimate there at any time.

My streak reset. Why?

A day counts as soon as you log one sip. If a whole day passes without a sip, the streak starts again. Colors you have already unlocked stay yours. With SipFlow Plus you can rescue a missed yesterday up to two times a month.

How do I restore SipFlow Plus on a new phone?

Open Settings › SipFlow Plus and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account or Google account you bought Plus with.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › SipFlow Plus.
Android: Google Play › Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › SipFlow Plus.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by the App Store and Google Play. On iPhone request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android follow Google Play's refund steps.

How do I delete my data?

Settings › Delete all data removes your profile and history from the device. Deleting the app removes it too.
